Acupuncture

According to TCM (traditional chinese medicine) philosophy, our health is dependent on the body's motivating  Qi (vital energy) moving in a smooth and balanced way through a series of channels which connect the internal organs.

The aim of acupuncture is to restore the natural flow of Qi bringing a holistic balance back to the body. The flow of Qi can be disrupted by many ways, i.e. emotions, stress, poor diet, overwork trauma, etc. Acupuncture  is performed with needles (very fine and disposable). When the doctor inserts the needles into meridian points on the body, you will feel a slight tingling sensation. The doctor will leave the needles in from a few minutes to twenty or thirty minutes and during treatment you will have pleasant feeling of relaxation.

Acupuncture has the following benefits: Painless, Safe & Efficient, Simple to administer, Completely Natural.

Acupuncture is one of the fastest growing complementary therapies in the west. In surveys investigating the use of complementary medicine it is consistently cited as the treatment most commonly used.
