Barbara has a diploma in nursing elderly people and a wealth of nursing experience, including a number of years working with people with neurological problems.  She has a particular interest in using essential oils and massage therapeutically to manage stress and anxiety, chronic pain and facial skin conditions. Using a combination of soft-tissue massage techniques, a blend of suitable essential and carrier oils, and sometimes heat or cold compresses, each treatment is tailored to the needs of the individual.
